The challenge
Aleph.im's decentralized cloud is powerful but the onboarding flow demanded users juggle six wallets, four chains and a CLI. Conversion from landing page to first deployed app sat below 20%.
Our approach
We redesigned the wallet flow around account abstraction (ERC-4337) and Privy. Users sign in with email, get a smart wallet, and bridge once across all supported chains. The in-app dashboard now manages compute and storage from a single UI.
