Frequently asked
Answers, before the call.
Most of what people ask before they book the call. Anything else, just write.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Most automations ship in 2 weeks from kickoff. Custom websites and full Web3 builds take 3–6 weeks. We commit to a fixed date in the proposal and hit it 95% of the time.
How much does it cost?
Most projects land between €3k and €15k for the first delivery. We quote a fixed price up-front based on the scope of the first 20-minute call. No hourly billing, no surprises.
Will you work with us if we already have an in-house team?
Yes — that's our favourite setup. We ship the first version fast, hand it off cleanly, and your team owns the code from day one. We can also stay on retainer for iteration.
Do we own the code, the model, the data?
Yes. Source code, prompts, fine-tunes and weights are yours. Hosted on your infrastructure if you want, or on ours with a clean migration path written into the contract.
What about data privacy and GDPR?
We default to EU-region inference, sign DPAs with every client, and offer self-hosted deployments for sensitive data. Healthcare, legal and finance clients are on this stack.
Do you do Web3 only, or also Web2?
Both, with the same team. Most of our work is Web2 — AI automations and marketing sites. A growing share is Web3: smart contracts, on-chain payments and dApps.
In which languages do you work?
English, Spanish and Catalan natively. We ship bilingual products by default and have built EN/ES, ES/CA and EN/ES/CA sites for clients across Europe and LATAM.
